ElastoPlasticity.set_local_frame(local_frame, location=None)

Define the material coordinate frame.

Parameters:

• local_frame (array_like or scipy/simcoon Rotation) – One rotation, or rotations stored at nodes, elements, or Gauss points. Matrix arrays must use their last two axes for 3x3 rotation matrices.

• location ({'Node', 'Element', 'GaussPoint'}, optional) – Storage location. By default it is inferred from the number of frames when an assembly is available.

The constitutive law, for fluent material construction.
