Return the trial material frame in global coordinates.

For a small-strain problem this is the user-provided initial frame. In finite strain, Fedoo-native anisotropic laws convect the committed frame with the current objective rotation increment. Constitutive laws such as Simcoon UMATs that manage this operation internally keep using the initial material basis.
